A sleepless documentary crew follows Alecko Tufte, a Slow TV creator based in America, as he sets out on this record-breaking quest to create the longest Slow TV program ever. With 134+ hours to burn, Alecko spends his time between shooting introducing his beloved craft to American audiences and talking to the crew about his trials, roots, and inspirations.
Traverse Image: Behind the Scenes
Garett Reppenhagen, the main character in Shitbag, takes our film production crew around Camp Hale in Colorado. During this shoot, Garett reflects on his service, military history, and his work current of protecting the areas where the 10th Mtn Division trained as a new form of wilderness designation.
The Traverse Image documentary film crew continues their work on On Strange Soil, a public lands film about the American West, during July 2019. On this trip, we traveled to Kanab, UT to shoot and discover more of the paleontology discoveries by Dr. Alan Titus who is the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument Paleontologist.
